Navigators’ Solid Rock Retreat 2017

On 5-7 May, 15 ladies from our Women’s Military Ministry got together for the Annual Solid Rock Retreat. It was a beautiful Autumn weekend and God richly blessed us. We spent extended time in God’s word, took a real cruise around Lake Burley Griffin and had lots of time deepening old relationships and establishing new ones.

Tami Brown, Nav Staff in Sydney, spoke to us from passages in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John (the eyewitness accounts). We really enjoyed the way Tami showed us who Jesus was and how people around Him (then and now) respond to Him.

We received testimonies from Jodie Simmonds and Ruth Gill sharing with us how God has been faithful to them and their families in their different circumstances. Jodie’s family in South Sudan and Kenya serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) and Ruth’s family on posting to the USA.
