Christians in the workplace face many challenges. How do you maintain a godly stance in the workplace when others around you quite readily exceed moral or ethical bounds? How can you cope with the stresses of everyday living and not be pressed into the world’s mould? How can you speak up effectively for the Truth? How can we seek first His Kingdom and His Righteousness … without getting caught up in the deadening agenda of those who have no place for God?

Navigators Workplace communities gather together over breakfast or lunch to discuss these sorts of practical workplace questions. We meet one-to-one to teach each other how to share winsomely about spiritual and life issues with unbelievers and to help people grow as disciples of Jesus. We don’t wait for the lost to come to us, rather we use every means that God has provided to engage with those who are in spiritual danger.
