Giving To Grow

Our God is a generous God who loves giving good gifts.  We have the joy as His disciples to share in this attribute and give generously.

Giving to God, and those He has called, is a beautiful concrete expression of our relationship with God through our faith in Jesus. As we see in James 2:22, Abraham’s “faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did”. Abraham’s actions grew and developed his faith to completion. Giving is one of these actions we can take as an outworking of our faith, and generosity has been known to test and grow faith.
