Labouring Together and Labouring in Community

In Jesus’ conversation with his Father in heaven, as recorded in John 17, he said that by our unity “the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me” (v. 22-23).

God has called us not only to labour, but to labour together. We were not asked to labour in the harvest as “lone rangers”; we were made for relationships and community. In this year’s conference, we will be exploring togetherness and diving deep into what it means to be a community of believers who are like-minded, people who can navigate through conflict with grace and forgiveness, and much more.

Not only will we hear from Mutua during our main sessions, we will also have a number of workshops to choose from:

  1. Hard Yards: Joyful Perseverance.
  2. Better Together: Tips for Labouring as a Community
  3. How the gospel transforms the way you work
  4. Dealing with hurt: grace, mercy and forgiveness in day to day life
  5. Getting out of the blocks: starting well in discipleship
  6. Living out the basics of the Christian life
  7. Five areas to keep in balance while trying to build life-long generational labourers .
