What is the Ministry Apprenticeship Program?
The Ministry Apprenticeship Program is a two-year training opportunity, adaptable for full or part-time participants, which is designed to impart practical ministry skills, experience and direction to help prepare people for a life of serving God.
What is the purpose?
To train and develop young men and women who will faithfully and purposefully invest their lives in a few – walking alongside them life-on-life while helping them to deepen their relationship with Christ and to invest their lives in others. In this way, we hope to build generations of labourers who are actively impacting the lives of those around them through every phase of life.
Why is it called an ‘Apprenticeship’?
This is more than just a course in “how to do ministry” or a curricular study. It’s an interactive, life-changing ministry experience designed to build the Character, Convictions and Competencies needed for ministering. It combines hands-on experience as part of a ministry team with teaching, training, mentoring and coaching by full-time Navigator staff.
Who should apply?
The program is open to anyone interested in exploring vocational ministry.
