To Know Christ – And Make Him Known

By Judy Leow, Melbourne Labouring Community

“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14 NIV

It is good to remember during the Christmas season that Love Divine came down – Christ was born as Love Incarnate!

We desire to help people know Christ and make Him known as we share our lives with the ladies and children in our family groups. We want to be His ambassadors of love – sharing the ministry of reconciliation of people to God. People, our families and friends are precious to Him. He has called us to love them as He has loved us.

We have been praying for the salvation of our non-believing parents and relatives who are living here or overseas. Recently, the Lord has answered our prayers far more than we can hope or imagine!

0n November 6, ZM received a call from her maternal grandmother to inform that someone from her village had died! So ZM asked her if she knew where people go when they died. She said that she did not know. ZM then told her that those who believed in Jesus would go to heaven to be with Him. Her grandmother asked, “How can I look for Jesus?” ZM asked her whether she would like to pray with her. She replied, “yes,” and followed ZM’s prayer to ask for forgiveness and invite Jesus into her heart. Her grandmother was in the hospital with a heart problem at the time. She was often confused; however, when ZM was sharing with her, her mind was lucid. We thank the Lord for leading ZM to share the gospel with her grandmother. We pray that God will continue to work in her heart – to deepen her faith and devotion to Jesus; and for ZM to continue to have clear communication and good follow-up with her.

Recently, we also rejoiced in seeing *Anna’s husband and mum receive Christ. Her mum is eagerly waiting for her baptism in East Asia! We rejoice with the angels in heaven for their salvation. We pray for them to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus.

We appreciate your support for our ministry to disciple the lost in the natural arena of our lives.
